Do you wish to invest in our fund? You can subscribe in two ways, easy or quick .

1 – Easy

Send an email to info@cdfund.com citing your name and address. You will receive a pre-filled subscription form within a few days. After signing the form, you need only return the document by post.

2 – Quick

  • Enter your contact details on page 1.
  • Enter the subscription amount.
  • Sign pages 2, 3 en 4.
  • Transfer the amount.

Can I redeem my participations every month?
Barring exceptional circumstances as mentioned in the Prospectus, you can redeem your participations on the last day of every month. There is however a notice period of 10 business days which needs to be taken into account. You can also redeem part of your position. But the remaining participation must always amount to at least 45,000 Euros. Download the Redemption Form. You will receive your money approximately two weeks after the beginning of the month. (So if you exit on 1st January, you will receive your money around 15th January). The fund will always purchase your participations at the intrinsic NAV-value.
